Jon – Executive Coach & Consultant

Profile:

Jon started life as an economist and accountant, working with 3M, Whitbread and Exxon. Via an MBA at London Business School, he developed his career in management consulting. Whilst at PwC, he was a Partner for eight years, leading a number of client account teams in both public and private sectors and also the Transform and People and Change practice groups. Recently, he led the development of a new approach to change management, called Making Change Stick, and has also developed his executive coaching practice to complement his work in leadership and organisational development.

Jon is currently working towards a Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge to build on his current coaching accreditations. He is a great believer in lifelong learning and brings a sense of enquiry as well as passion to his consulting work. Jon is also a school governor and takes a lively interest in local village and common land conservation issues.
